I thought my little chippy could pray for spring to come soon, lol. Today's it's snowing of course and gloomy, but the temperatures are warmer, only -2C/28.5F. That feels like a heatwave to us since the Arctic Blast. Can you believe I said heatwave, lol.

I took this image when I was in Colorado Springs CO at Seven Falls in the summer of 2012. You can view the Original by Clicking Here

Decided to change it into B/W for the Challenge.

Enjoy and Thank You for your time and comments most welcomed.

Have a great day, ♥ Skates

PS: I'll be busy in a day or 2 for the skating competition computer work, meetings with the rink people and also running all the equipment all weekend. So I'll try and keep up with commenting

Our weather forecast for tomorrow is 10 - 12C which I realise that compared to you that's almost tropical heat. Your little chap is very cute and I hope his prayers are answered.

---PLEASE PLEASE SPRING COME SOON---

If that's the wish of this little rascal, I hope it soon will come true.

Excellent B&W capture Pat. Very appropriate for the challenge.

The first sentence of your narrative was rather funny to me. It made me smile from ear to ear.

You've made my day with your wonderful posting, my friend! Thanks!

This works well in B&W Pat. It looks like Chippy may have picked up a nasty cold too. Nice work.

Very nice B/W shot of the cute fellow Pat. He/She does look as though praying for better weather. It will be a good entry for the B/W challenge.

This little cute looks good in both B&W and color, I love that poise. Faved!

I was wondering what you thought was on the skating controversy going on with the that one gal who finished 4th bumped the skater who finished 3 rd.?

He's a cute little critter. There is a lot of wonderful play on light and shadow in this image. The choice of black and white enhances that a lot. Good image for the b&w challenge Pat.

I suspect your little chippy friend is currently holed up in some nice warm den sleeping away the cold of winter. A great close up on the chipmunk, Pat. Nice b/w presentation of the scene.
